Snow

Finally my worst fears have been realized. It WILL snow again this year. I woke up to a white winter land, beautiful in movies and on postcards, annoying when you have to drive though it. So in protest, I refuse to post pictures.. Actually we are still out of town and I don't have my camera. From the sound of things, it will probably melt off within the next day or so.

Today was a great day to curl up with a blankie, a fuzzy animal and nap! Now its almost time for bed ;)

Frosted the Dragon UPDATE

Frosted is now available!


Frosted the Dragon isn't happy unless temperatures are below -40F. She enjoys eating Christmas trees and couch cushions.

This Frosted Dragon is made from a pale blue fleece, has vintage button eyes, and is stuffed with recycled plastic shopping bags.

She is a little 14 1/2" from bottom to tip of her horns, 25" from the tip of her feet to the tip of her tail, and has a 18" wingspan.

Her accents are a cotton blend of rainbow speckles and she has maroon spikes running from her head to her tail.

New Banner

Hey all!


I've spent today being lazy and productive. I think it evens out in the end..

All of our Christmas decorations have been put up, tree, ornaments, AND outside lights. The weather was brisk so I did it in record time.


After taking a 2 hour break :p I made a few changes to my Etsy shop. Which got me to thinking about my banner. I enjoyed the plain/minimal feel, but it didn't express me or my work. So I picked my newest LEFTZ as the star!

This guy was the first plush to anger me. Why may you ask? He's a simple design... It started out as a baby seal hehe.. then I decided to make it a cat. After that it all went bad. He looked plain with just the basic white tummy, he didn't look good with clothes, and I even tried making a tutu. Then I realized something, I was trying to create something that wasn't me. It wasn't what I wanted. I took a breather and let him tell me his story. I adjusted his tummy and stitched him up. As soon as I did, he came to life! His charcater showed through and he was done.

Anyway what do you guys and gals think of my new banner? I also changed the one in my Etsy Shop

Brainy the Brontosaurus

Meet Brainy the Brontosaurus! This plush dino is my newest creation. Thanks to Holly for the wonderful idea!


Brainy is made from fleece and has a vintage layered button eye. He stands a little over 11 1/2" high, is 21" from his buttom to the tip of his nose, and is 11 1/2" wide.

Baby T-Rex

Rex is a plush baby T-Rex dinosaur. He enjoys stomping around and chasing the smaller LEFTZ. Rex enjoys eating peanut butter cookies.

Rex is made from fleece and has a vintage layered button eye. He stands a little over 14" high and is 16" from his feet to the tip of his tail.
